Each course was so thoughtful, delicious and incredibly well executed. Great that the kitchen can be seen from the dining area, with both Gemma and Raphael being very warm, helpful and professional hosts. We also stayed for 2 nights in a beautiful en suite room. Every detail about Dix has been so well thought out. The bed linen was crisp and fresh, bed very comfortable, interior design pieces beautiful, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious and again, the little touches made Dix shine above so many other places. Homemade granola, fresh fruit, fresh bread, croissants and pain au chocolat. The orange juice was also freshly pressed. A wonderful stay all round. Gemma and Raphael went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. This place is golden, an absolute treasure. ”
